29 years’ experience of implementing management systems within a varied range of businesses throughout the UK including construction, rail, nuclear and engineering, defence and manufacturing sectors.

Fiona’s experience includes working as an Assessor for several External Certification Bodies. Fiona is a chartered quality professional member of the (CQI) Chartered Quality Institute, providing mentoring and coaching services to other Management System professionals.
